Kjo e mban realizimin e kontrat\u00ebs t\u00eb ndar\u00eb nga proceset operative t\u00eb<br \/>\nKorporat\u00ebs dhe garanton se shitja e k\u00ebsaj sasie t\u00eb qymyrit nuk cenon operimet minerare, furnizimin e termocentraleve me qymyr apo prodhimin vendor t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike. Nevojat e termocentraleve mbeten prioritet absolut.<\/br><br \/>\nPrandaj, paraqitja e k\u00ebsaj kontrate si \u201ckoncesion\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb e pabazuar dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me p\u00ebrmbajtjen e dokumentit zyrtar.<\/br><br \/>\nKEK-u u b\u00ebn thirrje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb interesuarve q\u00eb t\u2019u referohen dokumenteve zyrtare dhe jo deklarimeve t\u00eb pakonfirmuara apo interpretimeve t\u00eb shk\u00ebputura.<br \/>\nTransparenca \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim.
